Inventory Control Manager I

Job Description

• Provide senior leadership, direction, and strategy for inventory control operations and supply chain initiatives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, accountability, shrink control, KPI performance, service-level compliance, and proper custody of customer assets.
• Develop customer relationships, operational partnerships, risk-mitigation strategies, and continuous-improvement methods.
• Manage hourly and exempt associates, including performance reviews, development plans, succession planning, policy enforcement, and turnover management.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4 years of inventory control experience, 3+ years of logistics experience, and 3+ years of management experience; must be based in Salt Lake City, Atlanta, or Las Vegas.
