Investment Banking Analyst Program Spring 2027 [Dec-26 Graduates]

Job Description

• Investment Banking Analyst Fellowship with Davidson Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank serving lower middle market companies through M&A, capital markets, financing, restructuring, and valuation advisory.
• Work closely with senior bankers on M&A, Capital Markets transactions, business development, financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
• Draft management presentations, lender presentations, fairness opinions, pitchbooks, information memoranda, and other internal and client-facing materials; support client presentations and interact with clients, lawyers, and accountants.
• Complete 200 hours of formal financial modeling instruction plus on-the-job training in industry research, investment and valuation reports, sales, presentation skills, and business development; work 40 hours per week.
• Requires completion of a financial accounting class and a good understanding of financial statements and corporate finance; targets December 2026 graduates, with an approximately 4–6 month fellowship and applications accepted until December 4, 2026.
