• Lead major, complex transformation programs for global investment banks across business, operational, regulatory, and technology change initiatives.
• Manage consulting engagements spanning the end-to-end trading lifecycle, including Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Technology & Operations.
• Evaluate solutions, architectures, and operating models to address client business and technology requirements.
• Advise sell-side clients and senior stakeholders on high-performance, future-ready technology solutions informed by industry trends and client needs.
