Job Description

• Investment Banking Vice President role in Denver, CO, with a hybrid schedule of four days in-office and one day remote.
• Lead M&A deal execution, financial analysis, valuation, modeling, due diligence, and preparation of pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations.
• Requires 6–10 years of experience, including a minimum of six years in M&A advisory or investment banking; prior Associate and/or Vice President-level exposure is preferred.
• Requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, strong analytical and accounting skills, and demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 license preferred; full-time compensation is $160K–$190K per year.
