Job Description

• Investment Operations Analyst opportunity with Robert Half for a $15B+ global investment firm focused on venture capital, private markets, and sustainable technologies.
• Hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA, supporting subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, investment maintenance, secondary transactions, and transaction execution.
• Coordinate investment documentation, onboarding records, funding activities, wire preparation, cash movement tracking, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with custodians, fund administrators, external managers, and internal investment teams while maintaining workflow trackers, calendars, and reporting tools.
• Improve processes, automate workflows, and scale investment operations; compensation is $115K–$130K plus 20–30% bonus and profit sharing; full-time.
