Investor Services Analyst (PE-RE)

Job Description

• Full-time, hybrid Investor Services Analyst role with Petra Funds Group, supporting a client that is an alternative investment manager focused on real estate debt and equity strategies.
• Manage investor capital activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, distributions, capital calls, funding, investor eligibility, and shadow accounting.
• Prepare investor capital activity analysis, custom and ad hoc reporting, ERISA levels, investor domicile and Blue Sky reporting, fee rebate reporting, and capital call and distribution reporting.
• Use advanced Excel, Salesforce, AI tools, and technology automation to improve data integrity, reporting, transaction management, processes, and controls.
• Requires 2–4 years of relevant fund operations, fund accounting, or investor services experience; a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is strongly preferred. Salary: $90,000–$140,000 per year.
