Job Description

• Perform structural welding and fabrication in accordance with plans, specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.
• Inspect work for accuracy and compliance, explain deficiencies, and take corrective action.
• Provide materials, tools, equipment, and work-process feedback while eliminating waste and supporting continuous improvement.
• Requires 3–6+ years of industrial/commercial construction experience depending on level, an in-depth understanding of structural welding, and successful completion of required weld tests.
• Full-time, on-site work in El Mirage, AZ, involving outdoor conditions, shifts up to 12 hours, climbing, scaffolds, and lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 50 lb.
