Ironworker

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Ironworker position with ACADIAN CONTRACTORS INC in Cocoa, FL, focused on structural steel construction projects.
• Build, reinforce, erect, align, bolt, and weld structural steel and metal components using drawings, layouts, cranes, and rigging crews.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in steel erection or structural fabrication, familiarity with OSHA safety standards, personal tools, and knowledge of rigging equipment and cranes.
• Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces up to or exceeding 200 feet, outdoors in all weather, and work overtime, nights, and weekends as project needs require.
• Follow RCSC standards and HSE policies, including JSA, Time Out, TEAM BBS Observations, and client-specific site policies; support safety results through accountability, coaching, and mentoring.
