Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Ironworker position in Cameron, LA, working days on a 6-10's shift and reporting to the Foreman.
• Raises, places, aligns, bolts, alters, and unites structural-steel members to construct completed structures and frameworks.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one (1) to four (4) years of specified-skill experience depending on mechanic level, ironworker tool knowledge, and rigging skills including wire rope slings.
• NCCER is preferred; applicants must complete a written pre-employment qualification test and undergo a post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• Must meet client job-site safety requirements and use required safety equipment; per diem is available for employees living at least 50 miles from the jobsite.
