IT Architect/Data Scientist (Job 1499)

Job Description

• Remote, full-time IT Architect/Data Scientist role with DLH Holdings Corp. supporting the SCHARE platform and related federal healthcare data environments.
• Lead data science strategy, design data-collection and analysis tools, and apply predictive modeling, pattern recognition, data mining, statistics, and mathematical modeling.
• Provide cloud architecture, data interoperability, API enablement, metadata architecture, system integration, security engineering, vulnerability remediation, and ATO support.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in data science, bioinformatics, or a related field—or equivalent education and experience with appropriate technical certifications—plus at least 12 years in information technology and 4 years leading or performing data engineering or related functions.
• Requires Python, R, and MATLAB proficiency, big-data manipulation, Agile-team experience, federal PII/PHI security knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Compensation is $180,000–$190,000 yearly, with possible performance incentives and program-specific awards.
