Job Description
• IT Business Analyst Intern supporting software-development business analysis within Dayton Freight in Dayton, OH.
• Research and analyze business processes, define stakeholder needs, recommend value-delivering solutions, and support non-development projects.
• Maintain product backlogs, act as product owner for functional areas or applications, coordinate team schedules, and provide quality assurance.
• Code, document, test, debug, and maintain structured solutions using department standards; participate actively in Scrum/Agile development meetings.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; must be legally eligible to work in the United States, at least 18, fluent in English, and a collaborative critical thinker/problem solver.
