IT Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Description

• Lead enterprise endpoint security strategy, architecture, deployment, operations, and continuous improvement across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Own EDR/XDR, endpoint protection, device control, DLP, and endpoint privilege management platforms, integrating them with SIEM, SOAR, SOC workflows, and identity platforms.
• Oversee endpoint incidents, investigations, remediation, detection improvements, automation, tool health, upgrades, lifecycle management, and root cause analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and develop endpoint security engineers while managing roadmaps, KPIs, documentation, vendors, licensing, and renewals.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent experience; 10+ years in endpoint security/engineering and 4+ years in a lead or management role.
• Preferred experience includes Elastic or Google SecOps, Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, regulated or large enterprise environments, and certifications such as CISSP, GCED, GCIA, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, or CyberArk; location is Ann Arbor, MI; full-time; $114,100-$167,367 annually.
