Job Description

• On-site, full-time Data and Analytics Manager role based at Gradian's Dayton Office in Dayton, MN.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the data function; gather requirements and translate business questions into scalable data solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI dashboards and reports; manage data quality, documentation, KPIs, and self-service reporting.
• Use SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, cloud data platforms, and ETL tools to support analytics infrastructure and integrations.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role; preferred qualifications include BI/cloud certifications, people leadership, governance experience, and Python or R.
