Job Description

• Manage the vision, roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of Portfolio and Project Management technology platforms supporting R&D and Supply Chain product development.\n• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize work across business value, compliance, and delivery timelines, and support agile releases.\n• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders in a regulated medical-device and life-sciences environment.\n• Lead AI, advanced analytics, and automation initiatives that modernize R&D platforms and improve end-to-end decision-making.\n• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6–8 years of relevant technology/product/clinical-systems experience at manager or senior individual-contributor level, and English proficiency; Product Owner, Agile, or Project Management certification is preferred.\n• Hybrid role based in Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Raynham, MA; or Warsaw, IN, with up to 10–15% primarily domestic travel; base pay is $102,000–$177,100.
