Job Description
• Provides intermediate IT programming support for Maryland State Archives electronic archival collections.
• Designs, develops, tests, implements, maintains, and migrates software and application systems used internally and by the public.
• Maintains application servers and monitors system stability, performance, capacity, security, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Troubleshoots production and testing software bugs, reviews applications for security vulnerabilities, and performs necessary upgrades.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus six months of relevant experience; may be subject to 24-hour on-call availability.
