IT Support Technician - Richmond Hill, GA

Job Description

• Provide IT support to SGA dental practices for hardware, software, network, phone, integrated dental equipment, and credit card terminal issues.
• Troubleshoot PCs, servers, printers, peripherals, Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, proprietary software, and networked multifunction devices.
• Track tickets, maintain technology asset and licensing inventories, perform preventative maintenance, and identify recurring root-cause issues.
• Collaborate with the Senior Systems Engineer and IT team on long-term solutions; local travel and occasional overnight stays are required.
• Requires at least 1 year in an IT support organization, commutable proximity to Richmond Hill, GA, strong customer communication skills, and a full-panel drug screening.
