IT Systems Analyst II (Remote)

Job Description

• Remote IT Systems Analyst II role with Nicklaus Children's Health System in the healthcare industry, based in Miami, FL.
• Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, defining specifications, and recommending technology solutions.
• Creates and executes end-to-end test plans for web and mobile applications, performs QA, identifies defects and missed requirements, and validates business and technical outcomes.
• Provides technical support and first-level end-user assistance, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, user training, documentation, and technology adoption.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, plus 4-7 years as an analyst in healthcare or a similar setting; PMI-PBA or equivalent, Scrum/Agile, SQL, JavaScript, SSMS, Postman, Azure DevOps, scripting, Playwright, or Selenium experience are preferred.
