Journeyman Electricians – Foremen – Prevailing Wage

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Journeyman Electrical Foreman role in Amarillo, TX, focused on substation equipment quality inspections and commissioning.
• Conduct inspections, prepare test-result documentation, review construction documents, and identify potential quality issues.
• Perform job-site safety checks and ensure compliance with safety policies, LOTO procedures, OSHA, and customer-specific standards.
• Lead and coach field employees, provide guidance to supervisors and management, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, crew-leadership experience, safety-standards knowledge, and completion of ladder and fall-protection safety training; relevant licenses and certifications are preferred.
• Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; compensation is $25–$40 plus $100 per diem per day.
