Jr. Analyst

Job Description

• Support Newmark’s Real Estate Strategy & Consulting Group in advising clients on real estate strategy, transaction structuring and occupancy decisions.
• Build financial models covering projected cash flows, occupancy costs, sensitivity analyses, lease-versus-buy comparisons and GAAP impact analyses.
• Analyze financial results, transaction documents, leases, tenant/building/market due diligence, and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Prepare charts, graphics, tables and PowerPoint presentations for client requests, strategic assignments and business development pitches.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1 to five years of work experience; prior commercial real estate, financial analysis, consulting or related experience is preferred.
