Junior SOC Analyst

Job Description

• Junior cybersecurity/SOC role in Phoenix, AZ, supporting security-alert monitoring, triage, incident response, and recurring security-hygiene activities.
• Requires 0–2 years of security operations, IT, or helpdesk experience with security exposure; internships and academic projects are considered.
• Requires working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, Windows and macOS internals, phishing, malware, credential compromise, and detection/response concepts.
• Uses EDR/SIEM, email and secure web gateways, DMARC/SPF/DKIM monitoring, ticketing systems, runbooks, and vulnerability-scanning workflows; CrowdStrike exposure is a plus.
• Full-time, $28.00–$35.00 hourly; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship and participate in an after-hours on-call/shift rotation.
