Kids Instructor

Job Description

• Deliver educational and fitness-minded programming, activities, and games for children ages 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy.
• Prepare classes, transfer children to and from programming, maintain attendance/development/incident records, and keep program areas safe, clean, and stocked.
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development using positive behavior management and clear communication with parents and team members.
• Required: less than a High School Diploma or GED, completion of Kids On-Demand Required Learnings before the first day, and First Aid plus Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Preferred: 6+ months teaching children ages 3–11 in similar programs or activities; part-time, on-site role in Montvale, NJ paying $15.50–$18.50/hour.
