Job Description

• Part-time, on-site Kitchen Cook position at Drury Inn & Suites in Coralville, IA.
• Prepare food, oversee the 5:30 p.m. Kickback guest service period, complete clean-up, and maintain clean, organized kitchen and lobby areas.
• Follow food safety standards, maintain appropriate supply levels, conduct accurate food inventory, and calculate order levels.
• Provide courteous hospitality, answer guest questions about the hotel and surrounding area, and promote a positive guest experience.
• Requires knowledge of hotel accommodations, community, and hotel services; friendly communication; and ability to understand and give written and verbal direction in English.
