Lab Chemist II

Job Description

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and laboratory testing for quality control, production, and compliance requirements.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical laboratory equipment under established procedures and the chemical hygiene plan.
• Complete accurate digital and physical laboratory documentation, including calibration logs, run logs, and testing records.
• Requires 3-5 years of related laboratory experience; a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred, with alternative education/experience combinations accepted.
• Follow OSHA, Health & Safety, SOP, chemical-waste, and laboratory compliance requirements; 24- or 40-hour OSHA training, annual updates, and DOT training are preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday; starting pay is $25.00 hr.
