LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER (REMOTE-DC)

Job Description

• Manage and negotiate multiple collective bargaining agreements in a unionized, multi-site environment while pursuing competitive, cost-effective outcomes.
• Oversee grievance, arbitration, mediation, disciplinary investigation, and labor-agreement administration processes.
• Partner with HR and Operations to educate employees and train management on organized labor issues, CBA compliance, employee relations, and labor best practices.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business, or Human Resources; JD or advanced degree preferred, plus 5+ years of dedicated labor-relations experience.
• Remote Washington, DC role requiring 40%+ air and automobile travel, frequent on-site presence, and knowledge of National Labor Relations Act rules; salary is $125000-$145000 plus bonus eligibility.
