Labor Relations Manager

Job Description

• Lead day-to-day labor and employee relations for Carrier's Indianapolis manufacturing facility, serving as the primary labor relations subject matter expert.
• Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements; manage grievances through investigation, resolution, settlement, and arbitration preparation within contractual timelines.
• Prepare and support arbitration cases, collective bargaining negotiations, labor-management meetings, and contract strategy while maintaining labor relations records and trend reporting.
• Conduct complex employee relations investigations, guide discipline and corrective action, and coach supervisors on documentation, contract administration, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of progressive HR experience, and 3+ years of complex labor relations experience in a unionized manufacturing or industrial environment; annual salary is $96,000–$192,000.
