Job Description
• Lead labor relations strategy and execution for an assigned U.S. region supporting large-scale EPC construction delivery.
• Own union partnership architecture, including engagement with building trade unions, councils, workforce intermediaries, government stakeholders, and apprenticeship programs.
• Negotiate, interpret, administer, and govern Project Labor Agreements, union agreements, collective agreements, and workforce development MOUs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, Bechtel policies, delegation of authority, contractual requirements, and applicable regional or GBU regulatory environments.
• Requires a bachelor's or master's degree and 13-15 years of relevant experience, or 17-19 years of relevant work experience; full-time office/project work in Houston, TX, Reston, VA, or other U.S. locations.
