Job Description
• Actalent is hiring an entry-level Laboratory Assistant for a contract, fully onsite position in Saint Paul, MN.
• Receive, track, inspect, log, label, prepare, store, and dispose of laboratory samples, including urine, blood, serum, plasma, and body fluids.
• Perform data entry, aliquoting, centrifuging, and freezing of samples as needed while using multiple computer software systems.
• Support processing volumes of 5,000-11,000 samples daily and maintain samples in walk-in refrigerators and freezers after 3, 6, and 12 months.
• Requires a High School Diploma, preferably with science coursework; no prior experience is needed. Compensation is $19.53/hr.
