Job Description
• Senior-level land development engineering role in Rochester Hills, MI, with a full-time hybrid schedule requiring three office days per week after probation.
• Lead technical design for site development projects, including utility design, grading, stormwater management, sustainable site design, drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
• Manage land-use and zoning evaluations, permit applications, site plan approvals, and agency review through approval.
• Requires 5+ years of civil engineering experience, including at least 3 years designing land development projects; proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is required.
• Base salary is $90,000–$130,000 with performance-based bonus opportunities; a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
