Job Description
• Full-time hybrid Residential Project Manager / Landscape Designer role with Outdoor Design Group, Inc., based in Arvada, CO; schedule is currently 4 days in office and 1 day remote, with consistent on-site presence required.
• Manage residential landscape projects by consulting with clients, coordinating contractors and homeowners, overseeing field construction, managing budgets, and ensuring projects meet expectations, milestones, and budget.
• Create custom landscape designs, to-scale base maps, estimates, proposals, presentations, material take-offs, and construction details for hardscape, softscape, and outdoor living structures.
• Requires a degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or a closely related design field; minimum 3 years of residential design and field construction oversight experience; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3D rendering experience are preferred or a plus; knowledge of Zone 5/6 plant palettes, xeric design, and Colorado’s semi-arid climate is required.
• Compensation is $60,000.00–$70,000.00 per year.
