Lead Data Scientist - GenAI

Job Description

• Lead the design, architecture, development, deployment, and production lifecycle of enterprise Generative AI solutions, including LLM, RAG, and MCP capabilities.
• Build document intelligence, conversational AI, document-processing, visual-data-analysis, and natural-language-understanding solutions for enterprise data.
• Design modular, framework-agnostic LLM pipelines; define prompting strategies, agent patterns, and RAG architectures using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph.
• Apply responsible AI practices involving explainability, governance, compliance, scalability, and reusable adoption across teams.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, NLP, AI, linguistics, or a related field; 5+ years of GenAI, data science, machine learning, or NLP experience; and extensive production LLM experience.
• Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote per week; full-time, with no shift, on-call, or weekend work.
