Lead Decision Scientist - Product Analytics

Job Description

• Lead product analytics initiatives for Aetna/CVS Health insurance products and Sales functions by structuring ambiguous business problems into analytics frameworks and data-driven recommendations.
• Build cross-functional coalitions, define high-impact product roadmaps, prioritize actions by value, feasibility, and risk, and deliver Data Science solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts, business drivers, analytical findings, and executive-ready recommendations to senior leaders.
• Requires 7+ years of total business experience, including 4+ years leading mid-scale initiatives and 4+ years in strategy consulting or strategy teams; also requires 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• Requires SQL and Python proficiency, experience reviewing analytical methods and outputs, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent education and experience; master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
• Full-time role in New York, NY; healthcare/insurance industry; salary range $142,140.00-$284,280.00; application window closes 10/25/2026.
