Job Description
• Lead cryptography research, development, and technical projects focused on blockchain, distributed ledgers, digital assets, cryptocurrency, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Analyze DeFi, DAOs/governance, smart contracts, tokenized assets, key management, KYC, on-chain analysis, and consensus protocols.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks and develop actionable frameworks to safeguard digital asset ecosystems.
• Serve as a digital-assets subject matter expert by leading training and educational sessions for internal teams and Federal Government sponsors.
• Requires 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years with a Master’s, or at least 3 years with a PhD; Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship; minimum 3 days per week on-site in McLean, VA.
