Job Description
• Lead clinical support for healthcare services programs including care management, utilization management, care transitions, LTSS, and behavioral health.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary member care, monitor staff workload and caseload adherence, and support quality and cost-effective outcomes.
• Resolve operational issues, assist with staff training, provide subject-matter expertise, and communicate staffing, system, and program needs to leadership.
• Perform auditing and compliance activities, including DARR and CMMT monitoring, remediation of non-compliant cases, and maintenance of HRA and care plan compliance.
• Requires at least 4 years of healthcare experience and at least 2 years of managed care experience; an RN, LCSW, LMFT, or LMSW credential, with active and unrestricted licensure where required.
