Job Description

• Lead a movement-based preschool classroom and create a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Collaborate with the director to implement curriculum supporting children’s physical, social, and academic growth.
• Requires at least 1 year of center leadership/management experience and compliance with MiLEAP and Michigan child care licensing requirements.
• Requires strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, plus the ability to lift 40 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in all seasons.
• Full- or part-time role, 25–35 hours per week, with hours varying between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM; pay is $16.00–$20.00 per hour.
