Lead Project Manager - Power Generation Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship

Job Description

• Lead the PGD Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) Program across solar, storage, wind, and Renewable Natural Gas projects in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
• Manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation through completion, including work plans, schedules, estimates, resources, budgets, risks, changes, tracking, and status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage requirements, including the Davis-Bacon Act and Inflation Reduction Act labor provisions.
• Review certified payroll, labor classifications, wage determinations, contracts, and supporting documentation; assist with audits, reporting, and record retention.
• Requires a High School diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 6+ years of experience; PMP certification and a Master's degree are preferred.
