Lead Quality Analyst

Job Description

• Lead, coach, and manage Quality Analysts while owning workload planning, performance management, training, and career development.
• Transform QA operations through AI and automation, including workflow redesign, automated reviews, summarization, categorization, scoring support, trend detection, reporting, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary client quality contact during SIT and UAT, coordinating test coverage, feedback, issue follow-up, and alignment.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, system, regression, performance, load, scalability, and UAT testing for Genesys Cloud CX and Dynamics 365; use Azure DevOps for defect tracking.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in quality assurance, quality analytics, or operational excellence, and preferred team leadership experience; remote, full-time role with an estimated salary of $85,470–$111,000.
