Job Description
• Lead sales and revenue operations reporting, forecasting, pipeline analytics, financial modeling, and business analysis for major customer segments and functions.
• Build executive-ready monthly reporting, KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, data lakes, and recommendations that support sales leadership decisions.
• Use Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Claude, and Copilot to synthesize data, automate reporting, and develop narrative insights.
• Requires a 4-year degree in Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics and 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance experience supporting a high-performing sales organization.
• Hybrid, full-time role in Eagan, MN; compensation is $100,100–$185,900 USD base, with possible annual bonus eligibility.
