Lead Teacher- Preschool

Job Description

• Lead age-appropriate preschool lesson plans and activities using the proprietary Wonder of Learning® curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom and supervise children in accordance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Communicate with families about children’s progress and daily activities; observe, assess, and document development.
• Support Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers while using positive behavior guidance to promote social-emotional growth and conflict resolution.
• Preferred experience: 1–2 years working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting; full-time role in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ.
