Job Description
• The Pivot Group is hiring a Lean Manufacturing Engineer for its manufacturing-focused recruiting network serving Holland and the broader West Michigan region; location is Holland, MI.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing waste; implement 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping; and lead continuous improvement projects that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Analyze production data, conduct process improvement work including time studies, line balancing, and bottleneck identification, and monitor/report Lean initiative KPIs.
• Train manufacturing teams and collaborate cross-functionally to standardize processes and best practices.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field; 3+ years of Lean implementation experience; Six Sigma Black Belt certification; and experience with FlexSim or Arena and Tableau or Power BI. Compensation is 75K–114K a year; full-time.
