Lean Process Technician

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Lean Process Technician role in Jacksonville, TX, supporting industrial and commercial heat exchanger manufacturing.
• Monitor production processes, conduct time studies, collect and analyze production data, and identify improvements to efficiency, quality, workflow, and waste reduction.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, standardized work, SOPs, work instructions, and employee training.
• Use SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office to review production information, track KPIs, maintain records, and prepare basic production efficiency reports.
• Requires 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing or process improvement experience; a technical certification or Associate degree is preferred, and Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
