Lean Six Sigma Coordinator

Job Description

• Full-time, exempt Lean Six Sigma Coordinator role driving continuous-improvement activity across LIVEHAPPY’s Cathedral City, CA cultivation facility; fully on-site with no travel.
• Facilitates kaizen events, value-stream mapping, rapid improvement projects, A3/root-cause analysis, FMEA, and countermeasure implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Trains and coaches supervisors, operators, and Green Belt/White Belt project leads on Lean Six Sigma tools in English and, where possible, Spanish; bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Builds KPI dashboards, visual management, standard work, SOPs, and visual controls while tracking quality, throughput, yield, cost, and durable project gains.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus relevant operations, cultivation, or process-improvement experience; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is preferred, with a salary of $70,304–$85,000/year.
