Learning and Sales Enablement Manager

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Learning and Sales Enablement Manager supporting the end-to-end sales learning experience for insurance producers.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training, including Basecamp, sales processes, sales enablement tools, coaching labs, onboarding, and ongoing product and skills training.
• Support the formal 365-producer onboarding experience and provide producer guidance on systems, workflows, training access, and development.
• Track participation and learning progress across LMS and training platforms, collect feedback, identify learning gaps, and improve programs and content.
• Requires 4+ years facilitating large-group training, 3+ years teaching new systems or technical training, and 1+ year in insurance as a licensed producer or working closely with producers; Microsoft Office 365/PowerPoint proficiency and travel are required.
