Learning Experience Designer, Workplace Safety (Contract)

Job Description

• Develop, scale, QA, and continuously improve workplace safety and EHS courses covering OSHA General Industry and Construction, HazCom/GHS, emergency action planning, PPE, lockout/tagout, DOT, and EPA compliance.
• Translate federal, state, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state-plan regulations into accessible, learner-centered digital training that satisfies OSHA mandates and documentation standards.
• Maintain regulatory accuracy by monitoring OSHA, EPA, and state-specific EHS changes and identifying required course revisions.
• Requires demonstrated workplace safety/EHS training-content experience, OSHA standards knowledge, instructional design expertise, strong written communication, and rigorous attention to detail.
• Fully remote contract role available only in EasyLlama-approved U.S. states; preferred qualifications include OSHA Outreach Trainer authorization and current CIT certification.
