Learning Lead I, Chase Travel

Job Description

• Facilitate instructor-led training solutions supporting Chase Travel business objectives and promote an active, engaged learning environment.
• Manage new-hire and recurrent training, including classroom instruction, facilitation, classroom management, knowledge checks, and performance reporting.
• Coach and motivate employees, provide developmental feedback, document coaching against defined metrics, and hold learners accountable for performance expectations.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in learning and development or an education-related field plus 2+ years of learning and development experience, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Requires Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and travel industry GDS experience with TravelPort+ and Sabre; occasional domestic and/or international travel is required.
