Job Description
• Lead implementation, administration, support, and optimization of generative AI technologies across Abbott Legal and OEC in Abbott Park, IL.
• Manage AI platform operations, including integrations, access, configuration, permissions, testing, maintenance, issue resolution, agents, prompts, workflows, documentation, training, and adoption.
• Execute the Legal and OEC AI roadmap, evaluate and onboard solutions, and coordinate privacy, cybersecurity, information governance, compliance, and enterprise reviews.
• Establish dashboards, metrics, and reporting for AI adoption, utilization, business outcomes, value realization, and return on investment.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience; preferred experience includes legal AI platforms, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and people leadership.
