Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - SM Primary & Elementary Schools

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing school social work services to special-education students in grades K-2 and 3-5 at Spruce Mountain Primary and Elementary Schools in Livermore Falls, ME.
• Address environmental, socioeconomic, emotional, behavioral, mental-health, and academic barriers affecting students’ educational progress through one-on-one and small-group services specified in IEPs.
• Develop individual, group, and system-level interventions; use research-based and technically sound practices; and collaborate with parents, school personnel, families, and community agencies.
• Requires current Maine licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Conditional Clinical licensure, plus fingerprinting and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC); knowledge of special education law is preferred.
• Compensation follows the teacher scale for non-contracted services: BA-0 $47,594 to DR-30+ $84,917; contracted professionals will be considered.
