Litigation Operations Support Analyst - Attachments

Job Description

• Process moderately complex legal documents, including levies, garnishments, temporary restraining notices, seizure warrants, and subpoenas, in a banking legal-order operations environment.
• Review legal orders, interpret state and federal laws, determine whether to attach client funds, and assess eligibility for state or federal exemptions.
• Initiate payments to agencies or courts, apply federal exemptions, create customer notification letters, and provide official bank responses to courts and agencies.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting SLAs, production and quality requirements, deadlines, and privacy/compliance obligations.
• Requires strong legal-document comprehension, research, analytical judgment, organization, communication, risk management, and the ability to work independently with minimal support; full-time, 1st shift, 40 hours per week, on-site in the United States.
