Locker+ Retail Associate

Job Description

• Provide customer service at Amazon Locker+ retail locations while facilitating package pickup, delivery, and returns.
• Receive, pick, stow, scan, sort, and prepare customer orders; process returns and receive truck deliveries.
• Open and close Locker+ sites, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and resolve customer questions and problems.
• Part-time on-site work requiring 4–20 hours per week, variable 3–4-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 9:30 PM, including possible weekends, weekdays, daytime, and evening shifts.
• Requires applicants to be at least 18, proficient in the required language, able to lift up to 49 pounds, and able to stand/walk for shifts of up to five hours; pay is $18.25/hour.
