Logistics Account Manager

Job Description

• Manage customer relationships, assigned business units, trade lanes, and logistics operations in a remote, full-time account management role.
• Coordinate freight delivery, vendor and supplier appointments, carriers, specialized equipment, pricing, and customer requirements across transportation and logistics operations.
• Build customer retention and new business through proactive communication, issue resolution, opportunity identification, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Requires a college or university degree in Marketing or a Business-related field and preferred 3–5 years of customer service and account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Requires strong sales planning, presentation, interpersonal, customer service, negotiation, closing, written and verbal communication skills; English/Spanish bilingual ability is an asset.
