Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Logistics Broker role with Schneider's Power Only division in Green Bay, WI; Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m., 1st shift.
• Source carrier capacity, prospect new carriers, strengthen existing relationships, negotiate rates, close transactional sales, and grow revenue.
• Manage freight pickup and on-time delivery by making quick decisions, maintaining trailer pool balance, and collaborating across teams.
• Coach carriers on Schneider's digital tools and state-of-the-art technology; requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, outbound calling, multitasking, and minimal-direction work.
